Credit Controller
Location: Trafford Park
Working Schedule: Monday – Friday 37.5hrs per week.
£28,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with customer queries and sending copy invoices/delivery notes and liaising with other departments.
- Chasing customers for over 60 days debts by telephone & email – referring accounts to Supervisor for legal action where required.
- Sort and send out monthly account statements (Excel where required) to customers who’s account is overdue.
- Assist in the production of reporting information to Supervisor/Managers.
- Posting customers’ cheques, BACS, cash and credit card payments on to several sales ledgers within G2B system)
- Checking negative balances on the sales ledger and investigating to conclusion.
- Answer Call Centre telephone queries from customers, other branches and departments.
- General administration duties including sorting post, photocopying and e-mail.
- Assist other personnel in the Accounts Department and in particular cover Sales Ledger staff during holidays and absence.
- Preparing banking/paying in slips.

Your skills
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Level of numerical accuracy and reconciliation
Ability to use Excel and learn IT and In-house systems
