Internal Sales Co-ordinator
Location: Wednesbury
Working Schedule: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week, no weekends or Bank Holidays
Salary: £27,648

The Role
Customer service:
Accurately set up customers and orders on system, completing customer service register and reports
Maintain effective communications and good working relationships with all internal teams.
Arrange customer samples / wearer trials / Feedback forms etc as and when required.
Manage workload in our inhouse CRM system Creatio
Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Sales:
Input customer orders accurately - Build sales by upselling where possible - Manage accounts effectively and build relationships with the customers. - Manage customer backorders by chasing suppliers
Your skills:
• Shows a genuine interest in and makes sure the needs of the customers are met in a way that benefits both the customers and the organisation
• Demonstrates an understanding of the needs of internal and external customers
• Previous Internal Sales experience
