Location: Isleworth
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £54,000 – £58,000 + Bonus + Company Car

About the Role
We are seeking a commercially driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead our Isleworth team. You will be responsible for growing revenue, expanding market presence, and driving sales performance across the region. As a key member of the leadership team, you will focus on delivering business growth through the development of high-impact sales strategies and strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets

Lead, coach, and support the sales team to consistently meet and exceed KPIs

Identify and secure new business opportunities across existing and new sectors

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction

Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales tactics and pricing

Project manage and lead the tender and bid process, ensuring profitability and alignment with strategic goals

Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement

Ensure a culture of accountability, customer focus, and results across all commercial activity

Translate company strategy into practical, day-to-day sales execution plans

About You
We’re looking for an ambitious sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will have a strong understanding of B2B sales, people management, and the ability to drive commercial results. The ideal candidate will possess:

Proven experience in regional or national B2B sales management

Strong leadership and coaching capabilities, with a track record of developing high-performing teams

Demonstrated success in growing sales pipelines, winning new business, and retaining key accounts

Commercial awareness and the ability to build profitable, long-term partnerships

Operational experience in distribution or logistics is beneficial

Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills

Results-oriented with the ability to set, track, and exceed KPIs
