About the Role
We are looking for a driven and strategic Regional Manager to lead and manage branch operations in Isleworth. You will be responsible for achieving budget targets, optimising performance, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective leadership and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the branch team to achieve financial and operational goals
Set, manage, and deliver annual budgets in alignment with senior management
Coach, develop, and support key operational and sales staff
Oversee fleet operations to ensure compliance with legal and company standards
Build and execute a strategic sales plan focused on customer growth and retention
Lead and manage tender processes, minimising risk while ensuring financial viability
Promote a strong customer service culture throughout the branch
Translate business strategy into clear, effective operational plans
About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has a proven track record in operational and sales leadership. Key experience and attributes include:
Strong team leadership and coaching skills
Demonstrable success in sales and customer growth
Experience in operational management, ideally in a distribution or logistics setting
Ability to set and manage KPIs to improve branch performance
Commercial awareness and sound financial acumen
