Location: Wednesbury
Working Schedule: Monday – Friday, 37.5
Salary: £25,532 + Bonus

Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service, optimising sales, and ensuring seamless operations. Your duties will include:

Managing order throughput and despatch to maximise efficiency and meet customer SLAs.

Demonstrating expert product knowledge to support the team, advise customers, and build trust.

Monitoring and responding to customer queries promptly and professionally.

Accurately handling all paperwork related to returns, ensuring smooth coordination with the warehouse.

Resolving incomplete orders swiftly to maintain a high standard of service.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated and commercially minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key skills and experience include:

SAP System Knowledge – Experience with SAP is desirable but not essential.

Product Expertise – Ability to quickly develop in-depth knowledge of our products (previous experience with PPE is beneficial but not required).

Decision-Making Skills – Confident in making proactive decisions to enhance efficiency and service.

Target-Driven Mindset – Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets.

Team Leadership – Experience in developing high-performing, engaged teams.
