At EHM London, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with our customers. We’re currently looking for a Customer Service Adviser to join our busy, friendly team in SW19.
This is more than just a call-centre role—you’ll be the voice of EHM London, working alongside our Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to make sure our customers get the very best service possible.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Be part of a supportive and collaborative customer service team.
Handle incoming calls and emails with a focus on accuracy, professionalism, and care.
Use active listening to understand customer needs and provide tailored support.
Process orders efficiently and follow up on product queries using our internal systems.
Support the external Sales Team with upselling, cross-selling, and identifying gaps in product portfolios.
Build strong working relationships with internal departments to deliver seamless service.
Make daily outbound calls to generate repeat orders and maintain customer engagement.
Manage a shared inbox, responding to queries and working closely with internal stakeholders.
Help the team hit KPIs, including call answering times and order value targets.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment—handling 50–60 calls per day (more during peak times).
What We’re Looking For:
Previous customer service experience is great, but not essential—we’ll train you!
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
A confident multitasker who enjoys a varied, fast-moving role.
A team player who takes initiative and builds positive relationships.
Comfortable using Outlook and Excel (or a willingness to learn).
Someone who listens first and always puts the customer first.
