The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Customer Service Manager to lead our Customer Sales Team. You will be responsible for driving sales and margin growth while maintaining exceptional service standards. This role requires strong leadership, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to foster collaboration between teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Sales Team, ensuring performance meets company standards.
Monitor and assess staff performance, addressing any issues using Bunzl HR policies.
Identify training needs and ensure ongoing staff development.
Implement a strategic sales plan to retain existing customers, expand business levels, and attract new clients.
Set clear targets for the team and ensure they are consistently achieved.
Build strong relationships with the Field Sales team to coordinate sales efforts effectively.
Oversee the accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
Continuously improve internal communication between teams to enhance customer service levels.
