National Account Manager
Location: Isleworth / Hybrid - Covering South of England
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £50,000 + Bonus + Company Car

The Role
We are looking for a results-driven National Account Manager to take full ownership of a designated territory, driving new business growth while maintaining and developing existing client relationships. You will be expected to deliver value-led conversations, identify opportunities, and take accountability for your own performance and targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of national accounts, providing expert field support and relationship management
Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory
Monitor sales performance and generate monthly reports on key metrics
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Engage regularly with clients, providing quotations and ensuring a high level of customer service

We are seeking a commercially driven individual with a passion for sales and business development. You should be a confident communicator, able to thrive in a performance-focused environment.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in external sales
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify and convert opportunities
Experience within the PPE and Workwear industry is highly desirable
Ability to work independently, while collaborating effectively with wider teams
