Bid Coordinator
Location: Isleworth
Working Schedule: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours
Salary: £35,000 + £10,000 Bonus

The Role
• Demonstrates a desire to understand customer needs, listens to what they are saying, and demonstrates awareness of their goals.
• Manages customer’s contractual requirements, requests and concerns quickly and efficiently.
• Nurtures good customer relationships and capitalises on commercial opportunities while recognising the line between profitable and non-profitable customer service.
• Establishes and sets customer based KPI’s, gains team ‘buy-in’ to the goals and supports the team in their achievement.
• Create a schedule for proposal development, setting deadlines for various sections and tasks
• Project manage tender process involving all relevant areas of the business to ensure tender is financially viable and commercial risk is minimised.
• Keep the team on track to meet submission deadlines and communicate any changes or updates to all stakeholders.
Skills required
Experience of bid writing or bid management - Strong written and verbal communication skills - High attention to detail - Excellent literacy skills, with an extensive vocabulary - Excellent time management skills - Proficient across Microsoft 365, in particular, Word, Outlook and Teams with good understanding of Excel
